The Strategy Company is the "go-to" source for healthcare leaders seeking to move from crisis to control. We are a professional coaching firm specializing in helping executives, administrators, and leaders. Perhaps it is a limiting perception that's holding you back. What we do
We assess, define the problem, set a goal, and devise a plan. Together we decide on the scope of the problem, the time, and the commitment upfront before coaching begins. There are no surprises. Only results. Sessions are conducting primarily by video conference or phone. But in-person coaching, team development, and weekend retreats are available, too. We have offices in the American Southeast, a short drive to Atlanta, Charlotte, and the entire State of Florida. We travel nationally, too.
