Train yourself to give your undivided time and attention to the people who matter most.
The pandemic of 2020 made introverts of us all. We hid behind Zoom and avoided physical contact. Some of us still do. When I reflect on myself during 2020, I realize I barely had time for those beyond my immediate family. If that’s you, commit to changing now.
Show up for your network. Show up regularly. Share a good news story you find online. Call them. Ask how they are doing and how you might help. Listen. Offer advice. Be a minute mentor.
